CSERP Recruitment 2026: Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal Guide

The Centralized Services E‑Recruitment Portal 2026 (CSERP) is Ghana’s official online system for applicants seeking jobs in the major internal security agencies.

CSERP brings all recruitment applications for the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Prisons Service under one platform.

CSERP was introduced to reduce human interference and ensure equal opportunity for all qualified candidates.

Applicants must buy an official voucher before applying to access the application form.
Vouchers are required for account creation and verification.

Eligibility Requirements For CSERP Recruitment

To apply through CSERP:

  1. Applicants must be Ghanaian citizens.
  2. Applicants must meet the minimum age and educational requirements set by the agency they are applying to.

  5. Applicants must have a valid Ghana Card.
  6. Always confirm specific age brackets, height, and educational credentials on the portal before applying.
